This is actually really helpful, since it turns out soy has been causing me some prettydecent gastro-intestinal damage, so I have actually had to start thinking about where my protein comes from. Lentils contain way more than I thought! :D
The only reason why I’m iffy about all this is because the source is from PETA and I dont really trust that organization, would someone with experience/knowledge be able to back this information up?
Most of it is true, though there is something found in meat, or animal products, I.e. milk or eggs, that is needed to keep your heart functioning properly, and is needed, for preferred health, at least once every other month in a small dose, so you could have an egg or glass of milk to keep your heart working right
